The exciting and sometimes annoying thing about this blog is that I feel like I’ve learned SO MUCH in the last few years that I don’t even know how or where to start! SO, I resolved I’ll just list out themes/topics an a starting point. These titles may not make a ton of sense as a stand alone bullet point, but whenever I get around to writing the longer post and linking it, hopefully it works itself out.
Things that have radically changed my life:
- Understanding (and breaking from) codependency
- What do I want? What do I need?
- The art of making requests
- Healthy Boundaries (personal, work, otherwise)
- Assuming the best (in people, in situations, etc)
- Checking in with self with 3rd person language (unlocking self compassion)
- Breaking from shame/fear-based decision making, replacing with love-based (FOMO/JOCI)
- MVA – minimal viable action (actually, this post in itself is an example)
- Abandoning perfection as a goal – embracing the fun of process
- Various prophetic(ish) imagery
- Stove safety
- Pool floaties to backflips
- Baker/Apprentice
- Daily bus fare / lifetime pass
- Program Management as a life tool (alignment, priority, etc)
- Other functional life hacks
- Calendar, time blocking
- Budgeting
- Google Tasks/To-Do
- Automating life to allow for more creativity/less admin
- Other??
